As I expected. All indications were that the cert is now defunct (if
it ever wasn't). Assuming the address is still good, I've e-mailed
Rob Kolstad @ SAGE for the definitive answer.

Levels -> Cert works well for me. Although I'm curious about the
cert, I'm more interested in the skill set.
