Presumably you have an image deployment infrastructure... if that's the 
case why not just deploy a sysprep'ed image and automate the sysprep 
mini-setup?

If you need help/advice about creating and deploying images, cyben is a 
good person to ask... he's the automated deployment wizard and is 
usually on efnet #206.

Alternatively, if you don't want to use images, you can use RIS with an 
unattended setup answer file to accomplish most of this.
