[SASAG] maintenance agreement tracking

Fellow sysadmins!

What have people used to track their maintenance agreements, domain
registrations, and other once-a-year payments?  I could use a simple
calendar, but it would be really nice to have some sort of math involved
as well.  I could use a simple spreadsheet (what I'm doing now), but it
would be really nice to have a calendar display.  I could use quicken, but
that seems like killing a fly with a cannon.  I could set up a queue for
them in our trouble ticket system, but they'll have to be re-entered every
year, and I see that falling apart Real Fast(tm).

What have you guys used?
