[SASAG] Seattle Hosting Recomendation

I know this has come up before, but now I'm interested: What/Who would
you recommend for a hosting provider in the greater Seattle area?

I need 1-3 RU of space, I'll provide my own server, and I have no idea
what my bandwidth requirements will be (but probably pretty low
initially).

Cost is obviously a factor, as is accessibility because I'll have to
visit my server once in a while to cycle backup media. (Which means
East-side is better.) I'm not terribly concerned about
disaster-survivability, but it doesn't hurt.
