Anyone have experience with international internships??

Greetings,

We are getting applications for summer internships from foreign students. A few 
of them are very serious and we are almost to the point of committing to 
providing office space and intern positions.

Never having done this before (from either end) I am seeking some advise from 
those who have dealt with hiring, tracking and all the other details of having 
summer intern. Looking for gotcha's, don't forgets, and other business details.

Please forward this to anyone you know who might be able to provide me with 
some advice.
