looking for anecdotes

I'll be chairing the panel on System Admin Self Marketing at this
week's Seattle SAGE meeting.  I'm looking for your anecdotes about
how you've communicated with managers, users, co-workers, and others
about what you do and why it is important.  Stories of what didn't
work are needed just as much as stories of what did.

Please reply directly to me. It wouldn't be much fun to have all
the details on the mailing list before the presentation. :)
