[Seattle-SAGE] support freqency data

I'm looking for any sort of data regarding the frequency of support calls
for given models of computers. I'm looking for anything from "Dell
servers get X support requests called in per year on average" to "This
particular model and configuration in this particular company gets X
support requests called in per year on average".

Background: My company has been asked to do some general house-call IT
support on about a thousand similar machines installed at various
locations around the world, and we're looking for any sort of statistics
to help us gauge how often one of us would have to fly out there. Of
course, there are going to be a lot of things we can do remotely, and the
frequency will really depend heavily on what exactly is done with those
computers, but I know there are companies who do this kind of thing and
I'm looking for anything at all that might indicate anything useful.

Does anyone know where I could find such data?

Cheers!
