[Seattle-SAGE] Simple sendmail question

I'm configuring several UNIX systems to use the Sendmail-8.12.11-4 that comes with RedHat version 3.
I want these hosts to never receive e-mail so I have disabled the automatic startup of the sendmail daemon and configured the submit.mc to forward mail to an msp host. This works very well, the only
problem I have is that if mail is sent to an unqualified username the To: address is written as

user at clienthost.zgi.com

which is then sent off to the MSP host. The MSP host sees this and tries to send it back to clienthost at zgi.com which doesn't work as I'm not running sendmail with a port 25 listener on that host. What do I need to put in my submit.mc or sendmail.mc so that unqualified addresses will be qualified with the domain name, zgi.com which, when sent to the msp host, will deliver them properly? My submit.mc, which I stole from an article in Sysadmin magazine, looks like this

define(`confCF_VERSION', `Submit')
define(`__OSTYPE__', `')
define(`confTIME_ZONE', `USE_TZ')
define(`confDONT_INIT_GROUPS', `True')
FEATURE(`msp', `stellang.zgi.com')

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
