[Seattle-SAGE] Creating Network Diagrams: What do you use?

My network is about to get much more complex, complicated enough that
I am going to need a network diagram. What do you use to generate your
network diagrams?

I would really like something that can keep track of all my nodes,
ip/mac addresses, and links between them and display it in a web
document. The ability to zoom in/out of some parts of the network
would be nice as well.

Maybe something like the Nagios Status map but with more information.
