[Seattle-SAGE] Mailman authentication

Ya,

There's acually a post of a patch on the pubcookie mailing list somewhere
for the UWNetID stuff.  I dugg this up a while ago when I thought I needed
something like what you're looking for.  As I recall from looking at the
patch, it's quite the tangled mess.
