[Seattle-SAGE] Help for someone who wants to break into IT

I have an acquaintance who is interested in getting into IT. He has an undergraduate degree in MIS and an MBA. He spent 18 months working as a web-developer and tech and would like to continue doing this sort of thing but hasn't had any luck finding a job. Does anyone know of any decent headhunters I could send him to? He's a smart, hard-working guy.
