someone who is technical and would like to make the move in to a sales
position.  We're currently looking for an Inside Technical Sales & Support
Rep.

I know it may sound crazy to some of you, but maybe not to all.  It worked
for me years ago when I went from a VMS Internals guy troubleshooting
Customer systems to sales.  I figured I had seen so many bad sales reps that
I could easily do it better than they could!

motivated Inside Tech Sales & Support Representative. You must be a self
starter, with a decisive personality.

Responsibilities:

Experience in a dynamic manufacturing and sales environment with strong
customer and vendor relationship skills required. Must have insight and the
self-discipline required to solve problems and produce results effectively.
Necessity to manage the sales cycle for new business including qualify
clients, provide initial inquiry information, develop sales proposals, and
assist in continued communication with past and current clients. Assist with
customer relations including administrative support and information
requests. Individual will interact with other departments to ensure on time
customer delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

*	Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and meet
deadlines in a fast paced environment. 
*	Experience in the computer manufacturing industry and or related
education is a plus.
*	General knowledge of computer hardware, software and peripherals is
required.
*	Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are
required for this position. 
*	Ability to speak Linux. Linux geeks are welcome.

Minimum Education Requirements:

*	Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and
experience is preferred.
