I've used Keyring (http://gnukeyring.sourceforge.net/) for some years
and have been pretty happy with it.  If you use JPilot, there is a
plug-in for it, too.

I used to use Strip, but there was something I didn't like about it, but
now I cannot remember what it was.  I also use CryptoPad for sensitive
data that is not passwords.
