  Web Developer

3TIER, a Seattle-based provider of real-time forecast products for the
renewable energy industry, has an immediate opening for a full-time Web 
Developer. The Web Developer is responsible for the design, layout, 
development, testing, and implementation of 3TIER's web based products
and corporate website. The candidate must be able to self manage projects
and communicate effectively with 3TIER staff, clients and outside groups. 
A strong background in graphics, html, css, user interface and site 
design, and proficiency in at least one open source web-application 
framework such as JBoss, Tomcat, TurboGears or Ruby on Rails is required.
The ideal candidate will have a BS or BA in a relevant field plus two 
years experience. This is a full-time position with limited opportunity 
for telecommuting. 3TIER offers a competitive benefits and salary package
