[SASAG] using postfix to cc mail to a recipient?

Using postfix, is there a way to automatically cc another address when
mail is processed for a user?

I have a recipient "user0 at digipen.edu" that I need to collect mail
from and also deliver to "user1 at digipen.edu" without user0 doing
anything, or even knowing about the cc.

I can't set up an alias:
"user0: user0, user1"
because it would loop mail for user0.

I can't use the transport map because it only accepts one delivery
mechanism and if I send it back through the mta I still have a mail
loop for user0.

Any ideas?
