While greylisting and Spamassassin/Bayesian filtering have been moderately
successful in the past, the evidence is growing that the spammers are getting
around them successfully.
I use procmail filtering myself, which has done at least as well as Bayesian
filtering or greylisting, and is infinitely more tunable to personal tastes.
