Are you keeping your RBL in DNS (like dnsbl)?

Are you interested in coordinating with others to maintain this blacklist?

I also keep a blacklist. And some of my customers have kept their own
blacklists. It seems like sharing these resources may be useful.

Or maybe I should just submit to some commonly-used dnsbl?

Anyone using any tools for submitting IPs to some commonly-used dnsbl?

For my spam filtering, I use:

- spamd (not spamassassin but from OpenBSD) to greylist (accepting on
  third attempt).

- relays.ordb.org:bl.spamcop.net:sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org:cbl.abuseat.org:list.dsbl.org:web.dnsbl.sorbs.net:socks.dnsbl.sorbs.net:http.dnsbl
.sorbs.net:spam.dnsbl.sorbs.net

- and a bunch of regular expressions and custom rules via an exim filter.

- and some miscellaneous exim configurations, such as RFC compliant
  Message-Id required and valid HELO.

I also use spamassassin for various customers.
