I have had very good luck with Pickering & Assoc.  They once sent me a 
person on site for 20 hours straight to clean up a mess.  You will pay 
for it, but they were good.  Also, for exchange support, the Microsoft 
support line (used to be $250 until the problem was fixed, but I am not 
sure what it is now), is extremely good.
