[SASAG] Linux Mail Server Authentication

I've read about using a few different authentication mechanisms for
setting up Linux mail servers, but I recently read about one using
authuserdb.  It got me thinking about what most people use when
configuring a new mail server for lets say under 100 users?  I've seen a
number of "how to's" using mysql or the built-in user accounts on the
linux box.
