[SASAG] Question: Networking Book Recomendation

I am looking for a good book (similar to Stevens - TCP/IP Illustrated)
that addresses the multitude of Microsoft protocols. All I seem to be able
to find (and don't really want) is the standard "click these 5 check boxes
to set up a DNS server" books. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
