[SASAG] wire testing equipment

Once again looking for recommendations.

My boss just asked me for what the "big names" in network testing 
equipment was.  He's talking about line testers for Cat5, phone lines, and 
the like.  Although I've used a bunch of them, they've all been relatively 
no-name manufacturers.  Does anyone actually know of a "good brand" for 
these sorts of things?  It looks like we're going to be buying a lot of 
them for our guys that travel.
