[SASAG] as-needed Postfix and network administration work

I recently met someone who mostly does his own System Admin on some hosting
boxes, but would like to bring in someone more knowledgeable for Postfix
administration, and some other network administration.  It could be as
little as 2-3 hours a month, or possibly up to 20-30.  Since he's a sole
proprietor, there are not plans to grow beyond that need.
