[SASAG] Experience with commercial back end web stores?

Hi All,

My wife is starting a business that involves Internet retail as
one component. I am generally familiar with the range of back-end
store fronts available (Yahoo, Amazon Stores, etc.) but I don't have
experience with any of them. I'm particularly interested in those that may
be somewhat manipulable by a nontechnical user (i.e. my wife), but this
isn't an absolute requirement.
