[SASAG] maintenance agreement tracking

Rather than go with anything exotic, I've found it a lot easier to
try and integrate into whatever time-event tracking system you're
already using. Be it ical, exchange, or whatever, the fewer pieces
of software you have to use to accomplish tasks, the better. Better
yet if it supports tagging or multiple calendars so you can display
all events or write reports with exiting tools.
