Spry's niche is VPS hosting(http://www.spry.com). Their cheaper VPS  
product, VPSLink (http://www.vpslink.com) is good for someone who  
knows what they're doing (and if you use VPSLink, you can try out the  
snazzy control panel that I built).

It's been a little bit since I worked there, but back when I did,  
they had great support & a fairly good service for the price. They  
had a money back guarantee, back when I was there too... I imagine  
they must still have that.  They're local too, if that means anything  
to you.
