So far: six endorsements for VMware, two for MS Virtual Server, and
one mention of Xen.

"free" because I have only a few, low-load, applications so I don't
need to purchase the Enterprise version.

On the other side of that knuckle, running virtual MS Windows on MS
Windows seems to me like a bad idea. If the goal is to secure against
a MS Windows crash or security problem, making the underlying OS MS
Windows doesn't gain you anything.
