To my understanding the SAGE certification program is as dead as last
year's wheat crop.  However, you should check with the SAGE office to be
sure.  I don't know the current contact address for "SAGE" the
organization but a bit of web surfing should find something.  If it
fails try emailing office at usenix.org.

Keep in mind the SAGE Certification project was using the SAGE levels,
not the other way around.  SAGE levels have never been based on

They are published as part of the Short Topics books.  If you are a
member of SAGE you can access the PDF online from SAGE's web site.  If
you aren't a member then you don't get the benefit of the information
(as far as I can tell).
