[SASAG] VMware Server UPS Management

I know in the Workstation edition it is possible to have full USB  
support, but under VMware Server I am not sure.  I am running the  
latest free version of VMware Server.  My plan was to have the host  
run as the APC server and install the agents on the guest clients, but  
the server can't connect to the agents within the APC console.
