Adam,

I'll second Ken on the Red Hat info.  Their training is excellent.
Training is in one-week chunks at the other end of 520 (right next to
KirkIand P&R).  I assume UW is still using RH since there were
enterprise licenses available on campus last time I looked.

If you have more time to learn, you might look into the continuing
education class on campus.  It's three one-quarter classes.  I haven't
heard much about it; I've steered clear because it's a no-credit class
(with a still hefty cost).
