[SASAG] Switch Recommendations

I've been really happy with HP.  Haven't tried the
Dell.  The vendor we used was Unisoft, who resell for
a number of OEMs.  

For backbone use, the 2900 and 2800 series are still
pretty cheap and offer 4x10-gig ports.
