[SASAG] MS AD & Exchange Consultants

Can anyone recommend a good consultant or company that has good 
experience troubleshooting AD and Exchange?  We are not a huge company 
or overly complex network, but I'd like to find someone who we can call 
when we are pulling our hair out :)  Preferably an organization that 
doesn't mind working with non-profits or smaller companies on an as 
needed basis.
