[SASAG] server "room" temperature monitoring?

Got two. one assembled and one not.
Realized that I'm not equipped to assemble not to mention of experience.
Anyone who would help me out? I'm at UW.

Can I use this for Windows desktop? want to test here before applying to 
server which is located several blocks away from me.
