[SASAG] Moving websites? (more consulting questions)

I've been moving websites for a large ISP for the last 8 years.  
Internal server-to-server moves
and external_isp-to-internal-server moves... shared and VPS including  
dynamic sites.

One of the 'stake holders' at the company was charging customers $250/ 
VPS to do this, and
I was to understand that he couldn't handle all the business.

I'm wondering if this could be a lucrative consulting job... or is  
this was just limited to
the ISP I was working for?

So far, from the few people I've talked to, those people didn't even  
know this was an option.
