[SASAG] Free rack servers: this week only!

I'll be moving to a new house this weekend, and have decided that I'm  
not going to be doing anything with the 8 or so 2U-3U rack servers  
that are sitting in my garage. In a former life these babies were  
powerfully important F5 BigIP servers, but they can still be put to  
good use today as a home music/media storage server, or even just an  
experiment-on-me breakbox. All of the machines power on fine; their  
modest hard drives have all been wiped clean of the expensive load- 
balancing software and most now house random linux installs. A few of  
them currently have no hard drive (the drives were only like 20GB  
anyway, so you're not missing much), but they all have the potential  
to contain quite a few of those shiny new 1T drives you've been  
drooling over when you go to Fry's. I didn't take the time to note  
other specs about them, but my guess is that they're somewhere in the  
later-model Pentium 3 range.

I plan to bring some or all of them with me tomorrow to my work in  
Fremont. Email me if you are interested in picking one up, and we'll  
make arrangements, even if it's later in the week.
