I had a sales call from them about 3 weeks ago.

They don't have line of sight access to our
premise, so it was a non-starter at our location.

Here are some of the things that I would have
looked into if was to consider them.

     - What spectrum do they operate on? Who owns
     the license for that band? I think they are
     high up and require line of sight. I did not
     look into the spectrum licenses.

     - They use WiMAX. How mature are their
     modems? ...

     - What are the spectrum sharing and load
     sharing ramification over MiMAX?

     - How stable is the company?

     - I asked if they would route to a class C
     that is not theirs. Got no clear answer.

     - I recall taking a quick look at their
     connectivity to tier 1. At first sight it
     looked fine.

I would not use a wireless link as my primary
link. They could be fine as a backup link.
