[SASAG] Phone Systems

We built our own trixbox/asterisk system,
the pros: 
Cost, was about 1/3rd of the cheapest bid, that our CEO would not go for...
As customizable as you can imagine...

the cons:
Customization == work, and doesn't handle upgrades very well.
It is also a bit more cumbersome to implement, the way we wanted, with
our 5 locations.

If I were to purchase a system I would go with Shoretel,  it was very
user friendly, had some fancy redundant features, for remote locations,
re-connecting over
back up  lines.
