[SASAG] Phone Systems

Several years back I used Shoretel and really liked them.  I am
consulting for a company right now that just put in a Samsung system
that seems to work ok although I do not know much about it.  I liked the
Shoretel system because each network device was totally independent of
the network and other devices (e.g. the phones will still work if your
network fails, phone server fails, etc.) and you could you cheap analog
handsets.  If you are an exchange shop it ties in with exchange
extremely well.
