[SASAG] Free AV & Firewall

Thanks for all the suggestions! I've used AVG for a while, but Avast is
something I haven't tried so I'll give it a whirl.

On a side note, what free tools have people found useful for detecting and
cleaning malware/spyware?  I've used Ad-aware, Spybot Search & Destroy, and
Hijackthis in the past.
