[SASAG] VMware ESXi Management

You can just do an upload using the vmware infrastructure or vsphere client
(pick IP's, etc). Typically what I have done, is create the images in vmware
workstation, and just do a conversion to esxi (you can convert from all
vmware formats afaik). The client gives you the options of doing whatever
you want.
