[SASAG] DNS Propagation

In the past, we've lowered the TTL to 15 min (900 sec) a few days to a  
week before the move. You can go as low as 5 min, but anything below  
15 minutes isn't suggested by the DNS RFC.

Then switch the TTL at night. Friday night is NOT the optimum time,  
because IF something goes horribly wrong, all the decision makers are  
away for the weekend...

Then a few days later to week later, up the TTL back to the original  
setting.

PS. I've done this several thousand times...working to migrate sites  
from one ISP to another at Verio.
