[SASAG] Oncall & Call Forwarding Options

We really liked shoretel when we were looking but couldn't get it approved
even though it was much cheaper than other options we looked at.
We ended up spending time building our own asterix system using trixbox,
besides our time it was about a third the price of shoretel, extremely
customizable with many of the extra features that would cost a lot more on
the proprietary systems.. the otherside is that we spent a lot of time
learning and setting up, and updates don't always go smoothly... though
there are companies that will support it, we havn't used any
