[SASAG] casitconf'11 Early bird registration extended, hotel room deadline is tomorrow

2011 Cascadia IT Conference early-bird registration has been extended to
the 23rd to give more people a chance to save money.

However, if you're coming from out of town please book your room at the
Deca today. We're only promised that they'll hold space for reservations
through tomorrow (the 17th).
