Hi Christopher,
VM Networking can be tricky. What are you running on the VM server (i.e.
VMWare, Xen, etc) and what is your network type (i.e. NAT, Bridged, Host,
etc)? Also, what IP ranges are you using for your network (i.e.
192.168.0.1, 10.0.0.1, etc) and what do the routing tables on the hosts and
VM's show?
I take it they are all connected to a local switch?
