At my $WORK we have a movincool, and any "portable" unit which exhausts the hot air out of the space will be similar.
In our installation we don't have a supply duct for the condenser, just an exhaust duct. This means the unit sucks air out of the room, replacement air then gets sucked in from under the door, ceiling etc. It blows cold but the room temperature only creeps down and the humidity drops.
In other words, be sure to have both a supply and exhaust for the condenser.
