[SASAG] Training for Industry needs and standards.

It's generally about the skills someone would need in an entry level position just out of school, so it could be either, depending on scale. For example, a vendor with a large market share might be worth having specific skills in. Think Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Linux. However, monitoring is more fragmented, so having an understanding of monitoring/alerting concepts and techniques might be more useful than knowing a specific monitoring tool.

It's also helpful to try looking a few years out, so consider what you might want a new hire to know in a couple years. You can also note any skills you may have noticed candidates at any level missing that they should have learned in school. For that matter, feel free to mention any skills you see people learning that aren't actually useful...
