[SASAG] July 9th Meeting: Breaking the Kill Chain: Prevent, Detect, and Mitigate Threats

There are a ridiculous number of buses that stop at 3rd and Bell, just 4
blocks up the hill.  {1-5,13,15-19, 24,26, 28,33, 55-57, 118-119, C-E} plus
a few others.
