[SASAG] network-enabled ILO-ish device for desktops?

I really wish that the Lantronix Spider would get off of Java and on
to HTML5, but I don't believe they have.
The only one I could find with a quick STFW was already noted by
Branen, from Raritan, but I haven't used it, so have no opinion on it.
